1. Insurance Policy:

i.The package does not include any insurance cover.

2. Food Policy:

i. Food availability depends on regions and restaurant menus.
ii. Separation of veg and non-veg kitchens may not be possible.

3. General Policy:

i. Honeymoon decoration, monument, temple, etc. entry fees are not included.
ii. Special requests like candlelight dinners and spa are subjected to an extra charge
iii. Tickets like cruise tickets, airfare, permissions, and entry tickets should apply to all age groups of children if necessary.
iv. Everyone must carry a passport-size photo and a valid identity card
v. Ac will not work on Hill.
vi. Trip details may be modified due to climatic disruptions.
vii. Package price may be modified during the trip due to the emergency.

4. Child Policy:

i. Children below 5 years are complementary.
ii. Children between 5 to 10 years are subjected to a 50% discount.
iii. If necessary, charges will be levied on children under 5 for airfare,  cruise tickets, permission, entry tickets, etc.

5. HOTEL POLICY:

i. Specified hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
ii. In case of non-availability of specified hotels other similar hotels will be arranged.
iii. Early check-in and late checkout depending upon room availability. Even if rooms are available, the hotelier may charge an extra amount for early check-in and late checkout, which you can directly pay to the hotelier.
iv. The hotelier will allow every guest to check in with proper government ID proof. In case of non-submission of ID proof, check-in may be denied. TripZik authority will not be held responsible forthat.
v. All rooms in the specified hotels are the basic category rooms.
vi. Ac will not work in the hotels in hilly and semi-hilly areas.
vii. You can use AC in the hotels of hilly and semi-hilly areas with an extra charge which you can directly pay to the hotelier only if the AC is available in those hotels.
viii. Heater can be used in hotels of hilly and semi-hilly areas with an extra charge which you can directly pay to the hotelier only if the heater is available at that hotel.
ix. Sometimes Proper toiletries may be available in the hotels of offbeat areas. In that case, it is better to carry those on your own whenever you are traveling to offbeat areas.
x. Rooms can be givn on any floor of the hotel depending upon availability.
xi. Lift facilities may not be available in every hotel.

6. Car Policy:

i. Below 4-pax sedan/hatchback car will be provided.
ii. Above 4-pax SUV or MUV car will be provided.
iii. Below 8-pax SUV can be provided which is subjected to extra charge.
iv. Above 8-pax tempo, traveler or minibus will be provided.
v. Ac will not work on the hill.

7. Cancellation Policy:

i. 0 % cancellation fee if canceled 118 days before the journey
ii. 15% cancellation fee if canceled 99 days before the journey
iii. 33% cancellation fee if canceled 50 days before the journey
iv. 50% cancellation fee if canceled 25 days before the journey
v. 75% cancellation fee if canceled 13 days before the journey
vi. 100% cancellation fee if canceled 7 days before the journey

• AC will not be operational in hilly areas.

• Early Check-in/Check-out depends on room availability, subject to charges.

• Candlelight Dinner: Included (one session).

• Hill Permit & Entry Fees for Changu Lake are included in the package.
